The Nice Carnival 2025 will run from the 12th of February to the 2nd of March, with the theme ‘King of the Oceans’, echoing the World Ocean Conference scheduled to take place in Nice in June 2025. The festivities kick off on the 12th of February with the Grand Charivari at the Maison du Carnaval, rue Docteur Pierre Richelmi. The programme includes emblematic events such as illuminated corsos, flower battles and Lou Queernaval, France's first gay carnival. The Carnival Village, located on the Promenade du Paillon, will offer entertainment, shows and food stalls for all ages. The festivities will conclude on the 1st of March with the symbolic cremation of the King and a fireworks display on the Promenade des Anglais.
